Kayo is a sports streaming subscription service, allowing users to enjoy a vast range of sports on their mobile, computer and smart TV devices.

In a collaborative effort with a compact team, I played a role in advancing the Kayo Sports website and its connected TV application. Embracing functional reactive programming, visual regression testing, and adhering to atomic design principles, our focus was on delivering top-notch, high-quality code.

My responsibilities encompassed the continuous enhancement of features and addressing bugs on the website and apps. This included tackling challenges related to video streaming across various platforms, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable user experience, especially on devices like Chromecast.

A significant undertaking during my tenure involved spearheading the establishment of the Kayo Sports connected TV application for Samsung TV. From conceptualisation to implementation, contributing to the expansion of Kayo Sports' reach and accessibility on the Samsung TV platform.
