Leading a squad consisting of three developers, a designer, and a QA engineer, steering our collective efforts towards the ongoing development of the company's flagship product – a smart menu designed for ordering food and drinks within venues spanning Australia, the UK, and the USA.

Throughout my time with me&u, we operated within a fast-paced development environment, navigating through three weekly sprints. I actively oversaw the release of new features, guiding the team through the entire process from planning to delivery and rollout.

A pivotal aspect of my role involved cultivating a team culture grounded in autonomy and trust. By fostering an environment where team members felt empowered, we created a workspace that nurtured both professional growth and high morale.

Working on a range of deliverables, from the app to a venue management website and an internal support tool, I was able to gain experience and manage stakeholder expectations from across the business.
